Uruguay · An entrepreneurial perspective
We originate and evaluate projects in Uruguay, connecting property, energy and industry with a long-term view.
Explore our focus
For us, patrimonio is what we inherit and create: useful buildings and infrastructure, practical know-how, and the care that sustains them over time.
UN PROYECTO CAPITAL originates and studies projects in Uruguay. We connect property research, engineering questions and operating needs to shape practical opportunities for buildings, energy and productive activity. Uruguay is our starting point. We also explore opportunities across Latin America, assessing each project in its local context.
02 /What we explore
Property, energy and industry belong in the same conversation: how a place works, what it needs and what it can become.
Give existing places a new purpose.Real estate & adaptive reuse
We study existing buildings and sites for new uses, considering architecture, local context and the practical needs of everyday operation.
Make better use of every resource.Energy & efficiency
We examine energy use, efficiency and on-site generation as part of a building’s overall operation, identifying the questions that need specialist validation.
Connect place, process and purpose.Industry & logistics
We research industrial and logistics opportunities through location, infrastructure, operating needs and the productive activity a site could support.
03 /From observation to action
A clear project brings together a useful purpose, sound analysis and people with defined responsibilities. Our work starts by making those connections.
Research the asset, its surroundings and the needs it could serve. Bring together the known facts, the working assumptions and the information still to find.
A grounded starting point.Compare possible uses and economic scenarios. Explore how design, energy and operations affect the project, and identify the technical questions for specialist review.
A clear set of scenarios.Outline the scope, sequence and resources for the next stage. Map the legal, tax and regulatory matters that need independent professional review.
A practical route forward.Identify the owners, technical specialists and operators a project would need. Define how their responsibilities fit together and what must be agreed before the next step.
Roles, responsibilities and next steps.04 /Roles, clearly defined
A project brings property, engineering and operations together. Clear responsibilities help each discipline contribute where it matters.
We originate opportunities, research assets and assess project scenarios. We connect the questions across disciplines and define the work needed for the next stage.
Independent specialist roles
Engineering, architecture, surveys and technical validation.
Professional advice, structure review and applicable approvals.
Specialist execution and operating responsibility, defined project by project.
Technical design, validation and delivery belong to qualified specialists, engaged separately for each project. UPC’s role is origination, research and project coordination, not ESCO services, licensed engineering or a guarantee of energy savings.
05 /Stay in the conversation
